With a total investment of approximately 1 billion RMB, Maco Group (Wuhan) Corporation (Phase I) is located in Changfu Industrial Park in Caidian District, Wuhan with a designed annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons of dry-mixed mortar, 200,000 tons of aqueous binder and 500,000 tons of aqueous paint (calculated by European standard of 16 hrs*300 days), i.e. a total annual production capacity of 2.2 million tons. The project covers approximately 110,000㎡ with a built area of 390,000㎡, of which around 190,000 ㎡ is completed in Phase I. Integrating R&D, office and production facilities, the project features an Industry 4.0 model in all its production facilities which, once completed, shall be Maco’s biggest manufacturing base, forming a landscape of “Beijing + Wuhan” factories with countrywide radiation effect.
